Doesn’t MSD make a Pro-Billet distributor for the LT1? Or has their quality dropped in recent years?
No but they make *a* distributor for it. Their quality has also dropped, but that’s not the main problem with the system. They decided to mount the LT1 Optispark distributor to the front of the engine... below and behind the water pump, and where it’s exposed to a lot of water.
