One simple question to dominion. Why are there decimals in vote counting? There is absolutely no reason for decimals in vote counting, unless you mean for one vote to be tallied as some percentage more/less than 1.

I watched a demo of Dominion, selling Chiraq on their systems, mentioning how to count someone as 3/5 of a vote. Turned it off after that.
