They can’t pay. That would mean they would go bankrupt. What they do like that Poli(forget that last name) case where the daughter of a neurologist clearly regressed after her multiple vaccines in a day, is they “settle out of court” so it’s unusable as a precedent for all the following cases where vaccines cause neuro damage.
