KENOSHA, Wis. — A new video obtained by prosecutors purportedly shows a man believed to be Kyle Rittenhouse threatening to shoot a man before deadly unrest in Kenosha.
Kenosha County prosecutors said the evidence shows Rittenhouse is predisposed to using deadly force.
It was part of a motion filed this week as prosecutors prepare to try Rittenhouse for shooting three people during the Jacob Blake protests a year ago.

This is crap evidence for the prosecution.
I believe I saw another video of that conversation, and
Rittenhouse answers the question academically, with no
implied malice whatsoever.
NO picture of Rittenhouse, just a voice. Baseless.
I’ve heard of a similar case, in the 60’s during an anti Vietnam protest a draft dodger told a reporter to the effect if the Army ever puts a rifle in his hands LBJ would be the first thing in his sight. He did get in trouble with the FBI and Secret Service but ultimately all charges against him were dropped on free speech grounds. But that was then this is now
