UK Talking to Taliban, Blames Trump, Not Biden, for Afghanistan Chaos
Breitbart ^ | 08/16/2021 | Oliver JJ Lane

The UK government has been talking to the Taliban through an intermediary and a pathway for the hardline Islamist terror group to be recognised as the government of Afghanistan exists, the defence secretary has said, as he defended President Joe Biden’s handling of the withdrawal.

British Defence Secretary Ben Wallace spoke to several UK broadcast networks on Monday morning amid emerging scenes of chaos and violence in Afghanistan and Britain’s re-committal to a group of Air Assault Brigade troops to the country to protect efforts to expatriate both UK passport holders and Afghan interpreters coming to Britain.

How many Republican politicians even know that the Taliban does not fight during the winter, instead sinks back into Pakistan, which was the reason for a conditioned withdrawal prior to May 1? If they do know, I have not heard them mentioning it. Allowing the Taliban to have their full summer of organizing and fighting with the end of August withdrawal date is so incompetent.

Now that you mention it, that does seem likely.

At what point do the Afghanistan people and their military take responsibility for this mess....that’s where the blame lays. None of who are willing to fight for their country....easier to flee or surrender. That is what they do.

‘Afghanistan’ was never a ‘nation’. It was just a place where people lived with no sense of national identity.......................

“Except.... maybe the real puppet masters wanted things to go this way.”

Exactly. The Marxist agenda has never, ever been to sincerely offer a better alternative to freedom and self-governance. They never genuinely sought to solve social inequities or cultivate peace and prosperity.

Their aim has always been to sabotage our self-governing constitutional republic. In order to convince us that our Great Experiment was a failure from the beginning, they need to engineer social upheaval and economic failure wherever they can.

Karl Marx’s original target for social divisions were the economic classes. Pit the laborers against the investors by pointing out the inequality of wealth. Never mind that it is the wealthy investor who offers the laborer a job - a way to earn a living!

In modern times, the target for social division shifted to the sexes. Pit the women against the men by denigrating the importance of a stay-at-home mother’s role, while glorifying a father’s pursuit of a career. Never mind the fact that commuting to the city to work in a cubical five days a week is not all it’s cracked up to be. And staying home with the kids is not such a horrible plight.

Next, Marxists targeted the races to create social divisions. Perhaps this class division is the most sinister of all, since it centers not just on envy, but hatred. They sought to convince us that we hate each other to the core.

Never mind the fact that we simply don’t hate people of other races. We all have teachers, friends, heroes, authors, leaders, etc.. who we admire greatly, regardless of what race they are. We know we are not racists. Yes, there are racists, just as there are serial killers. But people aren’t generally racist. It’s a lie.

It is all a lie - purposely pushed by the Marxists to convince us that we can’t govern ourselves. They want us to believe we need to reject the Constitution, give up our individual rights, and submit to the “the collective”.

But the collective State doesn’t really exist - it’s a mythical construct designed to disguise tyranny. Tyrants hope that if they call themselves “the collective”, perhaps we won’t notice we are being forced to submit to their authority.

There’s a lot of that mindset throughout all those in the ME...their identity is warped into Islam first and foremost...and Islam doesn’t recognize borders.

Biden’s date for leaving was 11 September as I understand. The plan was a great big photo op. Twenty years after 911. (Also tenth anniversary of Benghazi).

Fear of a true leader will keep many in the bushes. If they are in the bushes they can’t harm you. Except the George and Jeb Bushes.

The facts don’t support this idiot. Biden has been in office for seven months and the Taliban did not act — UNTIL Biden pulled out US troops WITHOUT the stick that Trump had put in place for his pull out of US troops. That Limey is just like the Democrats and RHINOs (Cheney, Sasse, Graham etc) that always leave out a key part when blaming Trump. It wouldn’t surprise me if all these idiots soon claim that Trump was responsible for the events following the Last Supper.

LOL... LAUGHABLE!
Was it Trump having 8 straight months of messaging telegraphing this BS?
Biden owns it and if they make excuses then it will get continually worse and people will have plenty to blame on this administration. Media can’t lie forever.

And so the world-wide circling of the wagons begins. It wouldn’t surprise me to have Congress produce impeachment charges against Trump, this time for Afghanistan. And the American people, by and large, will buy into it or not care enough to give a damn.

Trump is George Orwell's "Emmanual Goldstein".
