Bye Bye American

For my entire Freshman year in college, the fella who lived in the next dorm room would wake up to that blaring. Now, that was never in my wheel-house, so for about nine months, I thought the lyric was "Bye-bye, American Pie, drove my Chevy to the levy and my Mom is a Guy."

FWIW- the all time worst is Billy Joel's Piano Man.

I once nearly shoved my beloved son out the car door when that came up on his playlist.
