I grasp that just fine. I just don't enjoy reading your gratuitous snipes at every opportunity. If you are any kind of a Christian, you can do better.
You have been duped into the belief that there is a wholesome, all American, all-encompassing homogeneous community. No such entity exists existe except at the pens and microphones of the propagandist that lead the effort to pander.
Could not be farther from the truth. We are in the end times. There will be persecutions of the righteous, and tares among the wheat until the Second Coming. Evil is real, many of the denominations have fallen, and many people from all walks of life will fall prey to the dark side. Our nation is lost and may never be regained, as long as there is lawlessness, oligarchy, abortion and promotion of sexual immorality; and even if our descendants should be able to fix it, America may never be able to restore the spiritual health she once had.
But even that is no excuse. As individuals, we still have to run the race to the end, and answer to Judgment for our behaviors. "As you have done to the least of these, you have done unto me."
