San Francisco announced Thursday it will become the first major U.S. city to enforce proof of full vaccination for entry to restaurants, gyms and other indoor venues, as it aims to curb a new wave of COVID infections.
San Francisco, which launches its mandate on August 20, is the third major city to pass a sweeping vaccine requirement for indoor businesses behind New York and Los Angeles, which only require proof of one vaccination dose.
'Vaccines are our way out of the pandemic, and our way back to a life where we can be together safely,' San Francisco Mayor London Breed said in a statement Thursday....

Our society is completely insane. I care less about this side or that. The way problems are handled in all aspects is regressive,suicidal and so counterproductive that I see no other future but a dystopian horror show hell. We need solutions. People are being crushed. It’s all by design.
So every retail establishment, business, restaurant, bar and gym will check this new database before admitting every customer? Sorry, but I doubt that because the website / database would need a massive amount of infrastructure to support it accompanied by an equal amount of tech security. Neither the database, tech support or security systems are in place yet. How long would it take to create it?

Very true. I live less than an hour away from SFO and haven’t been there in over a decade. And I would have to make sure my usual vaccinations for tetanus, whooping cough, etc. were up to date before I considered going there in the future. It is a cesspool.
Now, didn’t the CDC admit that none of the vaccines work on the variants? (Much less the main virus) Maybe I misunderstood that???
