The article that you obviously did not bother reading makes reference to the source of the info... so look it up yourself. The Israeli government has been much more open with info than our own government.
Natural immunity derived from recovery from COVID-19 leaves a broad antibody response to many parts of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In contrast, the "vaxx" is narrowly targeted at the spike protein of the original "alpha" variant. 150 million "vaxxed" carry this narrow immunity to the original spike protein. The narrow immunity makes it easy for the virus to generate spike mutations that are not sensitive to the circulating antibody to the spike protein. The infection proceeds with a "vaxx escape" variant and result in sufficient viral load to transmit to others (vaxxed and unvaxxed). It is bad news for the vaxxed as it is already a fitter vaxx escape variant that they have no immunity against. The unvaxxed still have a good immune system (not crippled by the vaxx) and can deal with the variants.
Vaxxed or unvaxxed, you should check the work of Dmitry Kats on Twitter (@nia3in) whose protocols with over the counter supplements are rescuing both the symptomatic and long haul COVID victims. I use the term "victims" intentionally as SARS-CoV-2 is a bioweapon. For that matter, so it the vaxx.
