Be careful here in FR with that talk. While I support your assertion fully, you’re going to have the “Um, actually” crowd up your tailpipe pointing out “COVID isn’t Influenza!” We get it, you dolts. It’s not THE flu, but the symptoms are similar. If you didn’t know the actual taxonomy, most Americans would say, “I had the flu,” in passing.
While I do take a few vaccines, I have never had a flu shot. And since I started taking vitamin D3, I haven’t had the flu in over a decade.
In fact, I found studies that demonstrated if you take the flu shot 2 years in a row, it actually increases the incidence/chances of having the flu.
