He is right you are not required to reveal it but hipaa doesn’t protect you from them firing you for it unless your state is not right to work and there is unions involved. Read the actual law it’s on the .gov site employers with the exemption of healthcare providers and related covered entities are not covered under HIPAA the government puts it right out in front. There is not individual recourse clause in Hipaa you can’t sue and employer or even a covered entity as an individual that’s in the law as well. People think hipaa is a magic shield far from it. Ask your lawyer to name a single lawsuit against a none covered entity that resulted in a judgment just one I have a team of civil attorney’s good ones on tap. Employers can ask all they want you choice to answer is yours but the hipaa act offers no recourse to the individual.
Forcing people to take a experimental drug should be illegal. Trump said there will be a vaccine available to you. If you want it then it will be there for you free of charge. Never said we are going to make you take anything.

Ask yourself how did Canada find out the vac cards were fake? $16,000 fine each ouch and then quarantined anyways. Every state is required by the feds to keep records of the valid vaccinations Canada obviously has access to the US database. QR codes are coming to stop the printed cards bet thousands on it. How else are Americans going to be able to travel to the UK or EU whole require digital proof verifiable proof.

Partially correct. But please don’t read into the statement. It is not a violation for them to ask so they would have to be punished for it. It is not a violation for you to approve of your provider doing what you want by providing the information if you direct them to. It is only a violation by the provider giving out the information if not okayed by you to be released. And in some cases the information can be released whether you okay it or not. An example is like when a doctor may disclose information from a patient’s medical record without consent if the doctor reasonably believes the patient may cause imminent and serious harm to themselves, an identifiable individual or group of persons. Or release to family members, normally designated, to patients with impaired decision-making capacity. But it could also be a legal representative. There are more. But the HIPPA standard for release is really very broad.

In many locations, that is already happening under a different venue. When this thing kicked off concerning the use of vaccines, it was voluntary and not required. The feds cannot mandate for the common citizen to be forced to vaccinate as they don’t have anything that can lead them to that authority. By using their state rules like laws and constitutional items, this is an individual state issue and falls under states’ rights.
However, the feds can restrict working or the carrying out of federal contracts under their control by requiring vaccination of actual employees under their preview. Forcing all medical health providers in the country, off federal reserve, is a state decision...one that had it’s problems the first time. Can states do it. Not really as it is too broad a problem to use force. But if they can bluff people into getting it trading for the opportunity of doing normal things, then the government wins without a fight. And as they have twisted a couple of state laws to use them for this purpose, it’s a fight they probably won’t lose. They won’t win it, but they won’t lose it either. The states didn’t say you had to take it. They prohibited you from doing certain things under their control as elected officials that were awarded that decision, the voter gave to them by electing them.
