I sure can’t remember such an encounter.
Many, many years ago, way before the Internet, I remember seeing a cartoon in a magazine of some sort where a group of frowning people were walking around with little rain clouds over their heads, drizzling on them.
A guy without a cloud over his head stopped one of them and said, “Let me guess: You’re a Liberal.”...........
