A ( Pennsylvania) senator is preparing to ask a panel he chairs for the authority to issue subpoenas to compel counties to cooperate with his effort to investigate the 2020 election.
“We’re eagerly awaiting my committee coming together when I can get a quorum, get everyone’s calendars matched up—it is summertime. As soon as I get a quorum, we will have a meeting, we will vote on subpoenas, and let the fun begin,” Pennsylvania Sen. (Doug Mastriano,) a Republican who chairs the state Senate’s Intergovernmental Operations Committee, said on One America News this week.
Just like in Maricopa county AZ, and in MI, WI, GA it is Republicans obstructing the audits in PA.
The complicit must cover up their participation in the Big Steal.
I am of the opinion that a subpoena is worthless unless it backed by an arrest/seizure. Perhaps the Sargent of Arms for the Penn senate can have the power to arrest/seize and transport either the subpoenaed documents or equipment ... or the individuals who are resisting access.
He promised to hold a vote - a committee vote - on issuing subpoenas at some undefined future time.
How to bet: 1) the votes will never happen, and if they do, the motion to issue subpoenas will be defeated.
Red state legislatures must reclaim their Constitutional authority to choose their state’s presidential electors directly, and they must maintain that power until all the counties in their state - especially the corrupt urban blue counties - convince them that there are sufficient safeguards in place to ensure the integrity of elections, transparency AND compliance with any future legislative attempts to conduct this kind of oversight.
This is the only way they can fix this mess.
The media’s silence on the Democrats effort to block these audits tells me they know what an honest examination would reveal. That makes the media complicit which should surprise no one.

I wish I could believe Mastriano, but he is my senator and the biggest phony out there. He is awash in establishment $$$$$
I’m of the opinion that the law should prescribe a good stiff beating to any politician or bureaucrat (including judges and staff) who ignores a subpoena issued by a court of competent authority (which includes a duly authorized legislative committee). Maybe we could rent some of those HK caning experts. You would see a lot less of the uni-party members thumbing their noses at us. As it is, there are tons of laws that bureaucrats/politicians ignore because there’s no stick involved and the courts are locally stacked with their fellow travelers. Citizens have been asleep for too many decades.
Election integrity is a show stopper. There can be no more election voting until the people of Pennsylvania are satisfied that the integrity of elections has been assured by identifying, rooting out, and correcting all of the weak links.
The only way to accomplish this, is a full, forensic audit of the 2020 election.
The facts identifying discrepancies are legion and are irrefutable.
