We eat right and exercise on a regular basis to begin with. It's not even in question any longer that supplementing *correctly with c and d lessens your chances of contracting viruses, but also helps tremendously during the illness and recovery. Illnesses like this suck vitamins and minerals right out of a person.

Anyone who's used zinc topically or on their babies knows it's amazing stuff.

Supps won't cure or event prevent COVID per se, but I would NOT be without them.

Yes, it’s very sad, heart rendering and tragic, but don’t waste your time arguing with, or trying to convince the Vax NAZIs about it because the CDC is their new infallible authority. I heard a great anecdote the other day that sums up the situation for me:

However, .05% (500,000) of the jelly beans are laced with either a fatal dose of cyanide or a debilitating amount of mercury. Who in their right mind would be willing to voluntarily eat even one and then force their spouse and children to do the same? And what if the government comes back a month later and insists everybody eat another one? Again, who would be OK with that?

My friend was very skeptical of COVID and very much anti-vax and anti-mask. Ten days ago he, his wife and their teen-aged daughter came down with COVID, and they have been taking HCQ, Ivermectic, Zinc, etc "by the book", however this disease is still affecting them as badly as any flu, and *not* letting up.

We should not be cavalier about this virus simply because the Democrats are using it to help seize power.

When my wife started working at a nusring home ten years ago, we got sick all the time and then about 5 years ago it just stopped and we haven't had the flu or a cold(coronavirus) since. She still works there and 4-5 co-workers plus a few residents have had covid but she hasn't brought it home or if she did, we didn't notice. I haven't worn a mask throughout this and haven't brought it home either or if I did, we didn't notice. One of her co-workers just got it a couple of days ago so it might be Delta.

I will read that after posting, but it's actually a good point, regardless. You don't really want *too* much D. I not any nutritionist, but know that C and B are water soluble, D is oil based and you can take too much.

From everything I've read, 4-6k per day of D is about right if you're looking for its viral benefits.

On a side note, I happen to take K regularly too, but not yet for the reasons you mentioned.

That is a very sad story on many levels. Hopefully, her situation will wake up her and those around her.

Hope she gets better—they say the jab does mitigate symptoms...
