During the next ice age, everyone living in the upper mid-west will be frozen stiff unless they all relocate to south somewhere. permanently frozen land is lot less hospitable to humans than a few degrees warmer climate.
Devastating wars will be fought as Northerners move South for their survival and Southerners will not willingly give up their land.
I'm glad I won't live to see it.
