Dang. Sad thing is, she’s got good bones and if she smiled and was less of a militant dyke, she’d be attractive. But you know what they say, “Beauty is only skin deep, ugly is to the bone.”
Someone hurt her (daddy issues, all militant md’s have them) and that hurt became malignant. She’ll be dead in ten years, bank on it.
