Tucker needs to install an ENCRYPTION APP on his cellphone, either 'TELEGRAM' or 'SIGNAL'. THEN, he should ask those to whom he regularly TEXTS to install the same app he has installed on his cellphone.

These apps SCRAMBLE your messages and make it difficult to be spied upon. Not 100%, but perhaps he can make it difficult for the FBI, NSA, CIA to monitor his movements.
