"To accept a proposal by the Roscosmos State Corporation for Space Activities, which was agreed with concerned federal executive authorities, on conducting negotiation between the joint-stock company NPO Energomash named after Academic V.P. Glushko and Orbital Sciences LLC (United States of America) on the conclusion of a contract for the use of the RD181M liquid-propellant engine in the Antares LV, which is used for cargo delivery to the International Space Station and for launches of scientific research and commercial spacecraft," the directive says.
What “independent” confirmation you ever may get man? In this times of overall propaganda flows all around us.
Use your brains instead. First point why they bother to develop a new system at all if it isn’t give them a new capabilities? Second point Pentagon spokesman said this new system is destabilizing. This one I consider a confirmation. :)))
Independent as in “someone not the Russian government tests it.” They’ll sell these things to anyone with cash, so it won’t be long.
