They can publish an audit report that exposes the fraud in the 2020 election , demonstrates that Trump almost certainly won the Az election.
Based on the audit results they can make criminal referrals to the Az Attny General, pass election reform laws to prevent a repeat of 2020s stolen election, impeach and remove from office any responsible elected officials, met out any legislative discipline and pass a resolution presenting the audit results and proclaiming President the Trump the True winner of the 2020 election.
They may be able to recall Mark Kelly but that would probably be a long drawn out affair that would go past Kelly's 2022 general election
The real fix is for President Trump to sue to invalidate the election due to fraud - an option not open to the Az Senate.
This is truly uncharted territory and there would probably be several visits to the US Supreme Court to litigate a host of Constitutional issues, most significantly, the fact the the President of the US is immune to prosecution and most legal challenges after being sworn into office.
Same for McSally but don't count on her having the guts to go there. She may try for a sympathy rematch in 2022 but I don't think she would make it through the primaries given the history.
Like it or not - we will be stuck with Biden for the near term future.
The cleanest way to unseat Biden is for Trump to run for Congress - he will win and hopefully bring with him a new batch of House members who will elect him Speaker. Add to that a new batch in the Senate
Biden and Harris can be impeached and removed from office for fraud and Trump would, by operation of law, become President. This would require a massive wave of public support from the American public and make the 2022 election a referendum on reversing the 2020 election steal
