I wonder if the white hats are secretly and quietly negotiating with offers of amnesty of some sort if people would just come forward with the real evidence.
It’s the first one to spill the beans that gets a lesser sentence.
One would hope that would be the case.
But that would indicate some white hats have the power to do this kind of thing, and I am not sure that is the case.
The people who are resistant to investigating this are likely the same people who would have the power to make deals...and they aren’t going to do it.
