Well, Keith Olbermann decided to pop his head out of the bunker to give a lecture on the Second Amendment. Yeah, you might want to grab a drink or seven if you want to watch. To put it simply, it’s an attempt at gaslighting us on gun rights. According to Mr. Olbermann, the Second Amendment doesn’t mean we can own firearms. Despite the text, which is clear, and eons of legal precedent, Olbermann says owning guns isn’t a right. He wasn’t alone either. That’s the new rule. If you don’t like something, just invent stuff and see if it flies. These guys have an entire industry and a major political party there to give them cover. They got away with lying about Russian collusion and Hunter Biden’s laptop, so why not try and slip this piece of illiterate history through the cracks.
Olbermann decided to offer this lecture to remind people that he’s still around, I guess. It also comes at a time when a potential mass shooting could have happened during the MLB All-Star game. You might not know about this because there hasn’t been much reporting about it. Why? Well, the suspect isn’t a white guy.
“Whether or not you’re going to watch tonight’s baseball All-Star Game, consider that they may have broken up a planned mass shooting there.

DOH! Fidiot. Then again, folks have been put on notice that these pesky rights are NOT absolute. And someone has F-15s and nukes to back that up. So, pedo joe, does that also mean like the 13th and 19th aren't absolute and the government can ignore them as well? Keith? You got a comment on that too? Dumbassery writ large here. As for the incident near the all star game, was it a team of moops that rented the room? I meant moors, yeah that's it............

” Keith Olbermann Has Some Thoughts”
The article goes off the rails right there! He doesn’t.

The only thing I’d love to hear out of Olbermann is when he meets Nagen’s “Lucille” head-on in a back alley somewhere.

Well, I certainly did not bother watching the All Star game. Another thing to consider is that when ones like Ted Williams and Mickey Mantle and others of that era were playing in such contests, there was that great deal less violence accompanied by that great deal less government and media fixation on guns. What changed?

I’m so old I remember when about the only time you heard anything political on ESPN was when Olberman was on.

Olbermann used to be a decent sports commentator a long, long time ago in a galaxy far away. Then he got a whiff of (leftist) politics and went stark raving mad. I remember watching him melt down on camera way back after the Scooter Libby pardon, ranting that it was the worst constitutional crisis in American history. I mean, he was losing it on camera, almost foaming at the mouth. The poor man needed medication and a straitjacket.

He has plenty of company out there. Remember when the nut houses were still open and folks like him were, uh, sequestered there?

Note to Keith Oberdork: The public can own any type of weapon that the police have.
If cops can carry laser weapons then so can we. If cops can operate tanks and airplanes then so can we.
The public has the God given right to protect themselves with the same exact firepower as anything local law enforcement has. It’s that simple.
To: rktman
By Olberman’s weird, desperate “logic”, someone with a stolen, borrowed, or found gun should be allowed to keep it, so long as they don’t technically own it.
Good thing all my guns are borrowed or found.
