Last month, 130 people died of Covid-19 in Maryland. None of them were vaccinated, according to Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan.
In addition, unvaccinated people made up 95% of new Covid-19 cases in the state and 93% of new Covid-19 hospitalizations, Hogan said at a news conference Wednesday.
The connection between vaccination status and Covid-19 is not specific to Maryland and is not limited to last month, medical experts have said.
Dr. Peter Hotez, dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine, said Maryland's data is a trend that will be seen in states across the country.
"No question that almost all of the deaths and hospitalizations will be in unvaccinated individuals, and therefore we should expect most of severe illnesses, hospitalizations and deaths will occur predominantly in areas of low vaccination and high Delta," such as in the South and Mountain West, he said.
"So far it's confirming what we saw with Phase 3 clinical trials: That all of the vaccines authorized for emergency use give extra protection against hospitalizations and deaths, so this has been confirmed now in very practical settings over the past year," Hotez added. "It's a reminder that you have every reason to get vaccinated."
Dr. Paul Sax, an infectious disease doctor at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, similarly highlighted the Maryland data as evidence of the continued effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccines.
"We're finding that 99% of the people with severe disease are unvaccinated, so the vaccines are preventing severe disease, even from Delta," he told CNN on Wednesday.
Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, gave similar numbers during a White House briefing last week.

Those "vaccinated" are Phase One.
Reported by CNN and the local/national vaccine whores. All came from nursing homes or hospice care and were tagged with a COVID death to jack up the numbers. Were probably too sick to even receive a “Jab”.

If they were vaxxed, the cause of death was anything but COVID.
If they were unvaxxed, the cause of death was COVID.
Oh, sure! They care SO much about us... These people kill babies EVERY day! They kill babies day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year! They have NO regret about it. BUT! I am supposed to believe that they care about MY life?! What an utter crock! I’d have to be a complete moron to buy that! What it is that they are up to with this “vaccine” crap, I don’t really know. What I DO KNOW for ABSOLUTE CERTAIN is that all this “...for your own good...” crap is complete and total horse crap!
I wonder how many were denied safe, effective medications early in their illness? Those medication protocols cut hospitalization and death among the most fragile (elderly, comorbidities) if given early, and not denied.
How many were given HCQ or Ivermectin within 72 hrs of onset and still died?
You never hear this data.
If they had the data from these “Covid deaths” to prove the ineffectiveness of these drugs, they would be plastering it all over the place.
And therein lies the rub. We should be data driven when making our decisions, but when the data keepers have a history of lying and obfuscation, my first reaction is that some important details are being left out of these pro-Covid vax reports.

Obviously promising treatments were not investigated.
Groups at higher risk for the wuhan coronavirus have more stored iron. It’s common sense to test something that removes iron from the body. A publication suggested doing so in June 2020. I don’t think anyone did it and published results.
Even if I was inclined to take the jab, I’d have severe second thoughts after seeing how Big Tech, Big Fake Media, and Big Government are the most rabid cheerleaders for vaccines.
