WTF is a "vulnerable population? It's pretty clear. Fireworks (like everything else) are raaaaaaaaaaaaaacist. It's like the California Prop 65 warning where every single substance on the earth is a “chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm”, everything is racist.
