Between the vaccinated and the people who have already had it, I believe we’re approaching herd immunity. W.R.T. the Delta variant, the unvaccinated will likely not cause diddly. Isn’t Delta a milder mutation than previous versions, anyway, with cold-like symptoms?

BFD. From what I have read, the Delta variant may be 4x more infectious than the Alpha variant, but for 99.9% of infected people, the worst case symptoms resemble a really bad cold.
In other words, 4x more infectious does not equate to 4x more dangerous.

Here’s what is strange: The PTB keep harping about this variant, which they say is more infectious. That is typical of variants, and why the original virus changes. It’s also typical for variants to be weaker and kill less people.
But nothing is said about how more or less deadly this variant is.
I bet you can figure why nothing is being said about how deadly or not deadly the variant is.

What he means by “disparity of willingness” is that certain people haven’t bought into the stampede he’s running. There isn’t really much “disparity” by now, you’re either willing or you aren’t. And what I’m actually hearing from him is resentment in that regard and that’s all.
