Between the vaccinated and the people who have already had it, I believe we’re approaching herd immunity. W.R.T. the Delta variant, the unvaccinated will likely not cause diddly. Isn’t Delta a milder mutation than previous versions, anyway, with cold-like symptoms?

And since when did COVID shot skeptics become “anti-vaxxers?”

Coronavirus PING!

Tolerance Sucks Rocks :" Between the vaccinated and the people who have already had it,
I believe we’re approaching herd immunity. "

Science, as practiced by the media and politicians, ignore the fact that as many as 30% of the population may have 'natural immunity'.
Yet they want children *Vaxxinated* with an experimental biologic injection that has had only 2 months of clinical observation and supervision.
The long term effects remain unknown.
The death rate of vaccinated children remains higher than those who contracted the virus (!)
The 'jab', or injection, still remains on "emergency conditions" and is still experimental;
it makes participants the 'experimental guinea pigs', since there has been no experimental animal tests conducted prior to release to the public.

Tolerance Sucks Rocks :" Isn’t Delta a milder mutation than previous versions, anyway, with cold-like symptoms? "

Analysis of the data on the Delta variant indicates that it is more transmissible for human-to-human, more infectious than the original covid-19,
but the symptoms are more similar to having the annual influenza.
Nonetheless, influenza can be deadly to those with comorbities, or other compromising pre-existing medical complications.

The 'jab', or biologic injection IS NOT A TRUE VACCINE (!) since it contains no dead viral material, as have all other vaccines.
The idea that this is a vaccine is a false premise.
Vaccines are known, and contain dead material; this *vqxxine* does neither,
and the term is used since the success of previous vaccines is known, whereas this *Vaxxine* remains unknown.
This injection is a biologic agent which proports to prevent , or minimize infection, using mRNA research to alert the receptor cell to prevent infection.
This remains theory and research is continuing to develop more information, and still remains largely unknown.

It may well be that the milder symptoms we are seeing with Delta in USA, may just be because it is now overwhelmingly younger and healthier people contracting the disease. Over 88% of Americans over 65 have been vaccinated. Delta has a slight advantage in breaking through to infect the (Pfizer and Moderna) vaccinated, but the great bulk of Delta cases are among the unvaccinated.

In India, when few were vaccinated, the Delta case fatality rate was about the same as the original strain.

The genes that changed in the Delta mutation, had to do with transmissibility, but not lethality.

Those who refuse to take the *Vaxxine*, just refuse to be the guinea pigs of animal testing,
which otherwise would be used in testing, prior to release to the public.

IIUC, it is more contagious but far less debilitating or deadly.

The difference between Delta and the other types is higher contagiousness. That’s it. Higher contagiousness to the unvaccinated.

Columns that clutter the issue with other data are hurting the effort to fight this thing. Nothing else is worse about it. Only the contagiousness to the unvaccinated.
