the end of discrimination in voting.
WAIT! How did the Democrats get STANDING for the case to be heard? Ours never have standing. 17 States of America sue over election and they had no standing!

This is a welcome decision. It addresses a 2016 law, as regards voting in the wrong precinct, and ballot harvesting. The current crop of laws will be challenged endlessly, and it make take another five years to get the decisions affirming the states’ right to pass voting integrity laws.
That the dissent, with its outrageous anti-white rhetoric, attracted 3 votes is very disturbing.
The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected a voting-rights challenge to Arizona’s election laws, ruling the state may discard legal ballots that are cast in the wrong precinct even if doing so results in throwing out a much higher percentage of votes cast by Latinos, Blacks and Native Americans than whites.
The court also upheld a second provision making it a crime for anyone other than family members or postal workers to deliver a mail ballot, a rule that has a significant effect on tribal reservations.
By a 6-3 vote, the justices held the state’s election laws do not violate the Voting Rights Act and its ban on rules that have a discriminatory effect based on race or ethnicity.
OK, for those who want the breakdown on how each Justice decided, see here:

Chief Justice Roberts and Justices Alito, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Thomas, and Barrett sided with Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, while Justices Kagan, Breyer, and Sotomayor said that the law violates Section 2 of the VOTING RIGHTS ACT.
Why am I NOT surprised?

Ha. Not lately.
6-3 decision. Get ready filibuster, than they pack the courts.
I know. That’s the irony...that this behavior is given a “pass”.
Voting restrictions? How about voting integrity. The overwhelming majority of Reps believe the election was stolen. We need to restore confidence in our voting system or the country is dead.
The upcoming revelations from AZ's audit, the first truly comprehensive forensic audit of the votes, will send shock-waves throughout the country.
This is a good sign. A very good sign.
The Dems won’t try to pack the Court until after they lose next year’s mid-term elections. Then they’ll try to run through six Marxists in a quick hurry.
