‘Don’t the Brits have any laws against things like this - a boss-underling relationship and corrupt hiring practices? This would be considered at least misconduct in the US, and many a corporate figure has had to resign because of it.

For those who don’t know, Hancock has been one of the worst on this Covid lockdown insanity. At one point he actually issued an order against being with others in an outdoor space, such as a park, and said that if two people were together, they could not be seated on a bench next to each other.
I guess if you remain standing, the evil virus can’t get you! Come to think of it, he is standing in the famous photo that is now circling the globe...
It's not a question of who's prettier (although I think the mistress is slightly prettier). The mistress, by definition, is a woman who makes an effort to keep her guy sexually satisfied. If the wife has lost interest, then her looks are irrelevant.
Boris is way ahead in the polls. He may not care about this. He says “matter closed”.
But we’ll see how long he lasts. He has to face the public and parliament at some point and it won’t be nice...

The big story now in the UK is about who planted the CCTV camera. It’s been suggested that it was not an official camera and planted by an unknown source - in a supposed secure government building.
Once Hancock has gone - probably resigns by Monday - who knows what this will reveal.
