FBI tears innocent New Yorker’s life into shreds after Jan. 6

Joseph Bolanos was a pillar of his community. President of his Upper West Side block association for the past 23 years, he looked out for his neighbors during the pandemic. He dropped off masks and kept extra heaters in his rent-controlled apartment for seniors. He raised morale with a weekly street dance to show his support for essential workers.

A Red Cross volunteer after the 9/11 attacks, the 69-year-old security consultant once received a police commendation for heroism after saving a woman from being mugged.

Unmarried, and caring for his 94-year-old mother, he was a well-loved character in the quiet residential area.

But now his neighbors think he is a domestic terrorist.

Yes, he attended then-President Donald Trump’s rally in Washington, DC, on Jan. 6, but he never entered the Capitol. He was in a friend’s room at the JW Marriott a 30-minute walk away when the Capitol breach occurred.

Nonetheless, he was raided in February by the FBI anti-terrorism task force, handcuffed, paraded and detained for three hours while his apartment was ransacked and all his devices confiscated. Four months later, he hasn’t been charged and doesn’t have his devices back, but his neighbors are shunning him, and he’s had two strokes from the stress.

“It’s destroyed my reputation,” he says. “I’m not a violent invader . . . I do not condone the criminality and violence on [Jan. 6] whatsoever.”

The FBI told Bolanos he was raided because of a tip to the Jan. 6 hotline from a neighbor who said he had overheard him “boasting” about being at the Capitol.

An FBI agent phoned Bolanos the Sunday after the riot and left a message. He returned the call the next day, but never heard back.

There's something very strange going on, and this isn't the best thread for this, but NONE of these Defendants are availing themselves of the fact that Trespass is moot when the USCP quite literally, plainly, and were caught on many videos like the one below, INVITED people to visit the Capitol. "Boy howdy, come on in!" Every single tourist depicted in this video is not guilty of Trespass on Federal property period. And yet the first person to be sentenced for Jan. 6 this week PLED to that very charge!!!

Which follows that every charge downstream of Trespass is ALSO MOOTED , other than destruction of property.

NONE of these Defendants have subpoena'd ANY of the 30+ USCP ALSO under indictment/investigation for Jan. 6 in order to MOOT their Trespass charges! Furthermore, several high-profile Defendants have idiot clownass lawyers! Where did those lawyers come from? How were they chosen? A lot of these Defendants live check-to-check and defense counsel is expensive...HMMMM...

WHEN are we going to read about a Defendant out in Flyover country specifically subpoena'd ALL of the USCP Defendants to testify that they ENCOURAGED! the Capital tourists, and WHEN are we going to read that those USCP Defendants were then given blanket immunity and cut a deal to testify against NANCY PELOSI!

This is not goddamn ROCKET SCIENCE! These are simple cases! Where are the smart conservative lawyers representing these people!

An NBC camera crew had been tipped off and was there to film his shame. NBC quoted “sources” saying charges against him were imminent.

FBI wanted the media there. Disgusting.

Obviously someone leaked the raid. Do you think that person will face consequences?

If you do not know that in the Court System that the Judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys work hand in glove and that the defense lawyers do not wish to upset the Judge and Prosecutors......

Besides this is a kangaroo Court along with a Stalin Era Soviet Show Trial with the added purpose of humiliating the Defendant. However the actual goal of the "trial" is to tie this incident to President Trump.

What's the difference between these visits, where one person gets visited by a couple of agents and answers questions while another has an armed team smash in their door and seize their computers?

If the latter can really be instigated by nothing more than a phone call to a tip line about someone being at the Capitol on 1/6, then this country's descent further into the toilet is almost unstoppable.

When calculating the number of fraudulent votes they needed to generate to beat Trump, they hugely underestimated Trump’s popularity and the number of votes he would receive.
