This is all a farce. Biden will walk in, and start some kind of discord so he can claim he “stood up to Putin”. He is likely primed with a few tripwires that launch him into his planned walkout or whatever.
1) He wants a Reagan at Reykjavik vibe.
2) He cannot have any agreements, that would undermine the outrage when Trump was friendly to him and all was cordial.
3) He is and has always been a rude asshole. Witness the ways he lashed out at voters, calling them liars, wanting to do pushups, saying he wants to beat up Trump. He is an ignorant man and has no capacity otherwise.
So it is set in stone, Biden will “stand up” to Putin, and come out declaring victory.
