This is kind of a stupid argument. If the governor would authorize force to defend his state, the proper 'equipment' would be there.
Why are you advising not defending our turf?

I don’t think he is advising that. The point he is making is that it would take a well trained armed military force. Because that is what they are... A well trained organized armed force with heavy firepower.
