The sneakers are comfy for his bunions, and if they’re the velcro type, then he doesn’t have to remember how to tie them.
The shuffling walk is so he doesn’t fall over in front of other world leaders. The drugs they pump him with to make him seem semi-coherent only last so long.
That’s what they all wear at pleasant sunsets rest home.
This guy has a real problem. Anyone walking like that has either had too much to drink/drugs, or they have some rather serious medical issues.
