Even one of FR’s fake doctors sneered that it was a dog wormer and she wouldn’t prescribe it to her (imaginary) patients.
An actual doctor would know Ivermectin is commonly prescribed to humans, is well tolerated and effective, and is in use around the world for many, many years.

And it should also be noted that the co-discoverers of Ivermectin were awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine for it.
That’s not something you get for discovering a dog wormer.
