A 21-year-old Amazon driver has been arrested after savagely attacking a 67-year-old customer Thursday following a dispute over a delivery in Castro Valley, Calif.
The driver, Itzel Ramirez, engaged in a heated verbal exchange with the unnamed victim before unleashing a horrific onslaught of punches to the back of the head and the face of the much older woman.
The vicious encounter was caught on video from multiple angles. Ramirez reportedly verbally berated the victim about her “white privilege” before the attack, according to KTVU FOX2. Police say that the victim may have called the suspect a “-—-” before the exchange turned to fisticuffs.

I thought the amazon driver was black because she sucker punched, but it turns out she is a bandito.
“This (incident) does not reflect the high standards we have for drivers who deliver our packages,” Amazon said in a statement. “We take these matters seriously and this individual is no longer delivering Amazon packages.”

Nice to know Amazon does not condone drivers blindsided attacks and beatings of customers. I wasn’t sure.

The Amazon driver claimed “self defense”, but the video clearly shows her coming up behind and punching the other woman in the back of the head.
Looks like an assault with a deadly weapon (the chain in her hand).
If the victim called the driver Anything Derogatory , it turns out that the victim was correct.
The victim may have called the driver a “b_ _ _ h” before the incident.. it appears that the keyboard warrior forgot there was no internet between het and the amazon driver when she decided to speak her mind about an amazon package.. Her mouth wrote a check her a_ _ couldnt cash...

The victim can call her anything she wants as long as she didn’t lay hands on her. Being called a “Bitch” doesn’t give a person the right to attack another. I’ll bet her azz ain’t going to have any problem cashing that Amazon check she’s going to get.
My wife is critical of my taking a gun to the door whenever anyone shows up whom I am not expecting. Never had occasion to use it because if I don’t recognize them I ask through the door what do they want. The gun is there because if it gets forced open the next sound they hear will be their last.

Yes it is assault, yes it was wrong, but do you walk out into traffic because the law says pedestrian's have the right of way? My father called that behavior "DEAD RIGHT".
Back to your point.. Calling anyone a nasty name to their face is equivalent to grabbing a stray dog by the ears. You never know who your are dealing with or what they are going thru.
