I have AMZ Prime and everything is delivered immediately and accurately by UPS and USPS drivers. Nothing late, nothing lost, nothing missing. Any and all refunds issued immediately.
In a way, I miss shopping at stores, but during lockdown this was an excellent and habit-forming experience.
The driver also launched the physical attack after the elderly lady turned away to re-enter the apartment complex. This is evident from the stills from the security footage. Playing the Antifa/BLM knock-out game.

we have prime too- and have had a much different experience- didn’t receive two items, some showed up weeks later- etc- as well as things i mentioned-
I will say that the majority of items arrive fine- but durign hte virus deal- it got pretty ugly-
that’s what i was thinking- too many folks shopping online all of a sudden likely overwhelmed them-
