I have AMZ Prime and everything is delivered immediately and accurately by UPS and USPS drivers. Nothing late, nothing lost, nothing missing. Any and all refunds issued immediately.
In a way, I miss shopping at stores, but during lockdown this was an excellent and habit-forming experience.
we have prime too- and have had a much different experience- didn’t receive two items, some showed up weeks later- etc- as well as things i mentioned-
I will say that the majority of items arrive fine- but durign hte virus deal- it got pretty ugly-
