Yes, if that were to pass it would be very bad, but it looks effectively blocked in the Senate.

Democrats don’t control the voting system

Keep believing that FRiend, but there is more than ample evidence that they do one way or another - if you care to look deeply into the Nov3 election - as for GOP “controlled” legislatures, they went along with the scheme, making them complicit and therefore under the Democrat thumb one way or another.

In the next election the only GOP candidates which will win seats locally or Federally will be pre-approved by the Dems and their Deep State allies. Its all a sham.

As far as I’m concerned, they have been cheating since the Nixon-JKF election in 1960 when Daily threw the election to JFK. You can believe otherwise, but this current state of affairs will not end well.

The destruction of America in Democrat hands since then, will now reach a crescendo under the Tyrant Biden; by the time 2022 (and certainly by 2024) rolls around elections will be a thing of the past - just like the free America I grew up in has been dead 40 years. We live in the rotting corpse of a once great nation and great experiment, twitching now and then on past publicity, giving the semblance of life where there is none. We were doomed and damned decades ago.

I don't agree with you on that one.   Never telegraph a punch.

So many doom and gloomers here. The constitution give complete authority over federal elections to state legislatures. The courts do not have jack to say about it.

What would be the mechanism or removing those unduly elected? It would have to start with a lawsuit in the Federal District Court. I know of no precedent for this, so such a suit would go thru the normal process, ending in the Supreme Court, which could take years.

I don’t know the answer to that, but there have been politicians at the state level who have been found to have been elected via fraud, and once proven the remedy has come swiftly, with the fraudulent “winner” thrown out and the actual winner installed. If, as I believe will now occur, these audits spread to all of the questionable states and they end up uncovering undeniable proof of a fraudulent result, then process or no process Biden and Harris will not be able to remain in the White House from any practical perspective. Trying to stay in office after having been proven to be fraudulent WOULD lead to real, kinetic war.

Obviously, they let Indo-Jamaican Three Nationality Harris be VP and Indonesian/Kenyan/British subject Obama be President despite the fact they they are NOT natural born citizens.

Local autonomy.

The control freak, sociopath Karens will never let local autonomy stand. It's simply not in their DNA.

Yeah, one stretched neck at a time.
Each side taking turns until no one is left.

The constitution give complete authority over federal elections to state legislatures.

And the state legilatures chose to delegate responsibility for selecting electors to the voters and for managing the elections to various state and county authorities. As the Constitution allowed them to do.

The courts do not have jack to say about it.

Sure they do.

Read Article I, Section 4, Clause 1. The courts have no legitimate role to play in running elections.

The courts ensure the constitutionality of the legislature's actions.
