“The fire struck the state-owned Tondgooyan Petrochemical Co. to the south of Tehran, said Mansour Darajati, the director-general of the capital’s crisis management team,” The Associated Press reported. “Firefighters believe it struck a pipeline for liquefied petroleum gas at the facility, Darajati told Iranian state television. He did not elaborate.”
Sounds like layabout muzzie incompetence, or an inside job by Iranians opposed to the mullahcracy. Crisis mgmt team? That's a LOL!

i used to work at a place where they sent contractors to the ME to train locals on various technical systems. Your thought on laziness and incompetence is spot on. My friend who used to travel there had many funny stories about the halfwits and their stupidity. Yet each one thinks he’s the king of the world and possessed on total competence. When something goes wrong it’s always someone else’s fault. Or Mossad sabotage.

I think Mossad gets a lot of credit for what’s really the general incompetence of the Arabs.
