Strictly speaking, you don’t KNOW the issues in advance, which is why you’re supposed to be so freaking careful about advanced Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3 testing.
Thalidomide (remember that?) went through more testing than the jab, and they still didn’t wise up until it was too late.
And one of the pro-jabbers proudly posted a link “proving” the effectiveness of one of the jabs, based on animal trials.
Their own paper showed that those subject getting a low-dose jab, were 50% more likely to get COVID after exposure, than those never jabbed at all.
The numbers show much less chance. But I will read the paper if you provide a link.
