Was he dismayed by the Hamas attacks on Israel? He was dismayed that his rockets have not been more effective. The UN paid a lot of money for those rockets, so they expected a little more bang for their buck.

The Jews are obligated to absorb the rockets and should build better shelters. Hamas mass attacks over the border should be likewise absorbed without shooting back. Is that it?
