Doesn’t “tensions” imply some sort of conflict that’s winnable or achievable for either side? The PLA Navy isn’t far from having complete dominance of their Eastern and Southern seas. Don’t think they’ll be much “tension” where a CinC Sleepy Joe or his muppets are involved. It’ll be over fast.
