How are those broken up between trains (no oil pipeline now), trucks, and automobiles?
What are US emissions compared to planned and projected emissions from China and India?

And there you are at post 81. The first person on a long thread of comments to point out that there is NO PROPOSAL of ANY KIND to limit anyone’s consumption of meat. Biden has not proposed anything like this. Congress has not. This entire story is a lie made up first by the Daily Mail of all ridiculous sources, and then promulgated for a full weekend on Fox.
