ADE (Antibody-dependent enhancement) is one way of describing the hyper immune response (in this case, dependent on being primed with pre-existing antibodies).
The mechanism by which the immune response does its damage, is through the over-production of pro-inflammatory cytokines - a cytokine storm.
Two ways of describing the same phenomena.

May be it’s just to keep infectious people out of the system of course.
Looking around it appears there is no danger, they just want to keep infectious people away.
Though also it may work better to wait.
