Teenagers have been involved in fights with knives for a very long time, activist and Black Lives Matter supporter Bree Newsome tweeted Tuesday.
“Teenagers have been having fights including fights involving knives for eons. We do not need police to address these situations by showing up to the scene & using a weapon against one of the teenagers. Y’all need help. I mean that sincerely,” she wrote:

Newsome’s comments came after the Columbus Division of Police released bodycam footage showing the shooting Tuesday of a black teenager who appeared to be armed with a knife.
“The video appears to show the girl fighting with another girl as the officer opens fire,” Breitbart News reported, adding a knife was seen in the teen’s hand as she seemingly tried to stab the girl wearing pink.

During Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s the ReidOut, host Joy Reid spoke about the fatal police shooting of Ma’Khia Bryant, saying she remembered fights at school where a student had a knife “and teachers were able to diffuse that, and they didn’t have guns.”

Back in Jim Crow Oklahoma, it was widely accepted that only blacks used knives in a fight.

I think one strategy of BLM and the rest of the forces of evil is to provoke good people into a large-scale act of violence that would be an excuse for them to “suspend” the Constitution.
For instance, hypothetically, if several hundred rioters were advancing down a street toward a neighborhood, evincing an intent to burn and loot, and 20 or so residents of that neighborhood established a sandbag barrier and opened up on them, leaving two or three hundred dead rioters in the street, the deep state would use that as an excuse to declare martial law. We would never get our Constitution back.

I seem to also recall an island near New Guinea or New Zealand, where a Christian man wanted to evangelize the population. He was told it was illegal and dangerous to visit. He visited, they attacked and he retreated. So he visited again, and authorities were afraid to remove his corpse.
My Dad was shipwrecked on one of these islands during the Pacific WW2 campaign along with other members of the crew of the Navy ship that was destroyed. He told me stories of being unable to leave the beach area, as the head hunters were a very real threat. These savages, not only took heads, they ate anyone they took the head from. True stories, 1942-45.
