No one handles the paperwork before it’s handed - in open court - to the bailiff who then hands it to the judge to review before it’s read into the record.

Just passing along what I hear in the halls. Hopefully it’s completely wrong. I’m looking for not guilty myself. Would be a travesty any other way.
Oh well, tough, nobody owes them anything, even myself, insecurity of that nature is unattractive, I know.
