No problem. If the info turns out to be true, it’s an ENORMOUS red-flag with respect to how the Minneapolis courts are operated.
How in the world could you possibly have looked for a not guilty after those jury instructions??? The jury instructions were a slam dunk for guilty. They basically said: was there an act that led to death and did Floyd want that act committed upon his person? If the answers are yes and no, respectively, then it is murder. I know it sounds ridiculous but that is what the jury was instructed and all of the panel on Court TV was shocked the defense did not object.
