Are the Bombers on the alert pads armed and ready?
How many Ohio class Boomers are at sea?
Where are the carriers?
Why do we care about Ukraine?
Realistically, what can we do about it?
Nothing.
Why do I get the feeling that we do NOT have ANY bombers ‘locked and cocked’ on any US Air Force base?
AFAIK, the only B-52 wing we have is at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana, but I’m not 100% sure.
My theory is Putin sees Biden as weak and sees an opportunity to make a move on Ukraine. Zelensky has the dirt on the Biden syndicate and Biden knows it. Biden has to defend Ukraine or risk Zelensky releasing documents.
My question is when did we go to Defcon 3 ? Where were we a month ago. Is it possible that with forces still engaged in A’stan, Iraq, Syria, and in Syria where we can come into contact with Russians, as we did in Trump Admin, that Defcon 3 would be pretty much the standard.
