Good evening, radu...are things still dry in your area?

We had temps in the mid 50s, but no sun, so it didn’t seem warm.

My roof is completely dry, and snow is melting in the yard. I can see grass now, but LOTS of BIG piles of snow need to keep melting.

Hey there, Kathy.

Yes, it’s still dry here, fortunately. A little rain system is moving across the state tonight but what little rain there is is staying north of us. Next chance for rain is Wed. so maybe our fields will get plowed before then. Several in the area were being plowed yesterday.

You didn’t get any sun at your house today? It broke through a few times at the airport and it looks like the sky’s clearing off now. We can even see Denali and Foraker in the distance on the live cam. Too bad there’s no cam op there to zoom in on them.

Yay for your roof finally being dry. You had a LOT of snow piled up there over the winter.
Those piles of snow in your yard, the cul-de-sac, and elsewhere around town are going to take a while to disappear, that’s for sure. Thee are some monstrous ones scattered around the airport.
