Most do but they are not the ones making these laws or rules. As with anything else you only seethe bad apples.
Do they think this will appease BLM? Rather doubt it.
Help them? Reparations has zero to do with helping black culture. It's about buying votes, paying off big time the race pimps who deliver for the RATS because there will be lots of pipeline money for everyone's beak to get wet, and, of course, casting and identifying anyone against reparations as black hating racists of the worst kind.
of course they know that. that is not the real agenda. the real agenda is to solidify the black vote.

Like so many things, this has little to do with helping people who actually need help. It is all about flowing big dollars to organizations, their leaders, consultants, and the bureaucracy.
