I don’t think it’s games or movies, never has been.
But this whole new toxic subculture of incels is a whole new ballgame. They feed off each other online and are a bit of a cult.
In the case of games, it’s actually more amusing - males who play violent video games are, per some studies, *less* likely to act out - fewer cases of domestic violence, fewer cases of assault, fewer crimes of violence period. Turns out violent video games allow males to harmlessly let off steam.
