Perhaps he will order US Army Europe to move to its General Defense Positions along the inter-German border to defend against the Soviet lead Warsaw Pact attack on the Ukraine.
Whoops, forgetful Joe probably doesn’t remember that all of USAREUR, except for 2 brigades, were transferred back to the States and 6 of 16 divisions were disbanded after the Warsaw Pact collapsed in the early 1990s.
